Scott Mercier, MPTII

Education:

Master’s of Physical Therapy, California State University, Fresno 1997, Bachelors from University of New Hampshire with a psychology minor, 1992.

 

Experience:

Scott has worked at Apple Therapy Services since its inception in 2001.  He became the Bedford Director in 2004.  He has worked solely in the orthopedic field focusing heavily on sports, post surgical, and overuse injuries.  He is certified in trigger point dry needling and is working toward certification in the Mckenzie approach to spinal and extremity injuries.  He enjoys the direct patient interactions necessary in PT, as well as the need to continue learning and growing throughout his career.  He enjoys the unique challenge each patient brings to the clinic.   In his personal life, Scott is the President of Blue Storm Sports, a youth football, lacrosse, and soccer organization in the Merrimack Valley.  He is an active coach for various age groups in lacrosse and soccer, and also coaches youth basketball for the ICB organization

Education:

BS, Occupational Therapy, University of New Hampshire, 1977

 

Experience:

 Has worked in a variety of orthopedic practices, specializing in hand and elbow injuries; became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991; is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and the New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Association.

Sandy Eaton, PTA

Education:

Associate's Degree in Science, Physical Therapist Assistant, Endicott College, 1997

 

Experience:

After leaving North Suburban Orthopedic Surgery in Malden, MA, Sandy came to Apple Therapy. She has experience with most orthopedic injuries, including athletic injuries, work injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. Sandy played collegiate volleyball and basketball and continues to play now. She also competes in 5k races.

TJ Chandonnet, MPT

Education:

BS in biology, Assumption College; MS in physical therapy,

Notre Dame College, 2001

 

Experience:

TJ has been a physical therapist for the past 13 years in the outpatient orthopedic setting. TJ treats all orthopedic related conditions with an interest in sports and post-operative injuries.  He is certified in the Graston Technique and Functional Dry Needling to address soft tissue related pain and trigger point release.  Outside of work TJ enjoys playing hockey, road biking and camping.

Experience:

Has been practicing in an orthopedic setting since 2007, interested in orthopedics.

Lisa Mazzini, PT, DPT, Cert MDT

Education:

BS, Biological Science, UC Davis 2003; DPT, UNLV 2008.

 

Experience:

Lisa joined Apple Therapy Services in May 2011. She is certified in McKenzie Diagnostic therapy, which specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal and extremity disorders. Lisa also has a background in sports related injuries, orthopedic/post-surgical rehab, MVA, and post-concussion treatments. In her spare time, Lisa participates in cross-fit, as both an athlete and a coach.

Cynthia Litch OTR

Education:

BS in Occupational Therapy, Utica College of Syracuse University, 1982. Board Certified Hand Therapist 1991-2001. Certificate Massage Therapy, New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts, 1991. Advanced Certified Bowenwork Practitioner, Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia, 2007. Associate Instructor with the American Bowen Academy

 

Experience:

Cindy has been practicing as an occupational therapist for over 32 years.

She has been successfully blending her traditional therapy practice with complementary/alternative therapy approaches. Her main area of practice is orthopedics, hand therapy, and sports medicine. She has been at Apple Therapy since 2004 bringing her expertise in alternative therapies to patient’s who have benefited from a total body approach. Cindy is advanced certified in Bowenwork Therapy and enjoys helping her patient’s achieve their highest level of health and wellbeing. She has helped people who have reached an end point in other therapies progress further, giving them hope and relief.

Cindy works with sports injuries and has much success in treating concussions. In addition she works with chronic pain, work related injuries, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulders, TMJ problems.

Cindy is an instructor for Bowenwork.

She volunteers as a instructor for Bone Builders Exercise Class.
