Lynn is the Executive Director of Apple Nashua. Her past experience is deeply rooted in the coordinated care of patients with MD’s DO’s and PT’s. She has extensive knowledge in all areas of Hand to Shoulder Rehabilitation. Her certification in Hand Therapy dates back to 1992. In 2009 she received an initial teacher certification from Polestar Pilates and in 2015 received her Advanced Teacher Status from Polestar. Lynn enjoys fusing her Orthopedic experience with Pilates for overall body strength and conditioning . She most recently obtain a Certification from the Vodder School in Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy. She uses this training to manage edema and lymphedema, chronic pain, and a variety of other disorders.
During her off time, Lynn enjoys a variety of outdoor athletic activities and participates in local road races and triathlons. She also enjoys doing mission trips abroad and has traveled with Surgicorps International providing post-operative care and education to many children and their families.

Carol is an experienced hand therapist with in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation of the upper extremity. She is able to care for those with acute operative or non-operative needs and chronic conditions. Skilled in the custom fabrication of orthoses for the upper extremity, wound care, manual edema mobilization and rehabilitation for tendonitis and nerve impingements. Carol will provide the care you need.
graduated from Tufts University in 1983 with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy.
Janet began practicing on the inpatient rehabilitation floor at New England Rehabilitation Center in Woburn, Ma, treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. She eventually moved to outpatient rehab, and headed up the Driving Program. In 1990, she became the Clinical Coordinator at the Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Center/Health south in Nashua. During this period Janet began to treat the Industrial Rehabilitation population and eventually joined the Apple team in 2002. She has implemented the industrial rehab program in Nashua to include work conditioning and functional capacity evaluations. The work conditioning program in Nashua has successfully returned injured workers to their existing jobs 75% of the time for the past 10 years.
Stacie has over 8 years clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics, both private & hospital based as well as hospital based acuteorthopedic care. Stacie is currently taking courses working toward the Maitland manual therapy certification program. She has received continued training in vestibular disorders, including vertigo, concussion & cervicogenic dizziness and has had excellent results while treating patients with these disorders. She is also a Graston technique provider. In her free time, Stacie enjoys spending time being active outdoors.
Matt received his Bachelor of Science degree from University Rhode Island in 2009. He then continued his education at Franklin Pierce University where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013, as well as served as Graduate Teaching Assistant.
Matt has clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings. Through clinical affiliations, Matt also has experience in both the long term acute and complex wound care settings. His interests include working with endurance athletes as well as rehabilitation of the shoulder, knee, and spine with a treatment approach that emphasizes manual therapy and functional therapeutic exercise. In August, 2013, Matt became certified in Active Release Technique, and in 2015 was certified in Dry Needling-two different manual techniques effective for treatment of soft tissue dysfunction and chronic pain. In his free time Matt enjoys competitive road cycling, hockey, football, and golf.

Shad is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has over 15 years of clinical experience in working with orthopedic and sports injuries. He is also a certified bike fitter and has extensive experience in using Pilates for rehabilitation. Shad specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation of post operative patients, sports injuries, chronic pain, overuse disorders, and bicycle fit for injury treatment, prevention and performance, Shad is a soccer coach, multisport endurance athlete, and outdoor enthusiast. He has completed multiple triathlons from sprint through Ironman distance, marathon and ultramarathon running races, and long distance cycling events.
