Overview

Apple Therapy at Executive Health Club in Manchester is the youngest of our six practices which opened in 2015. It is located inside the Executive Health Club.  The facility is also home to our community partners: Express Med Urgent Care and Better Now Medicine’s Kathleen Leahy, D.O.  Our Clinical Director is Matt Modelane, DPT who has been with Apple Therapy Services for 12 years.

MATT MODELANE, DPT

Clinic Director

About

Matt has been with Apple Therapy since 2013. His areas of clinical and research interests include using the multi-modal approach for the treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions. Matt’s interests also include working with cyclists, young athletes, and individuals with persistent pain.

Matt was active in athletics throughout his academic career; it was through his athletic participation that Matt found an interest in the field of physical therapy. Outside of work, Matt enjoys cooking as well as staying active with competitive road cycling, playing hockey, football, and any other sport.

Athletic Trainer

About

Sara has been with Apple Therapy since 2020. She is the certified Athletic Trainer for Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua as well as assisting with the work conditioning program when in the clinic. As an AT, Sara works closely with the athletes at BGHS to help provide onsite medical coverage for practices and games.

Sara was born and raised in Nashua, NH and quickly found a love for athletic training once she saw her high school AT in action. Nashua has always been home for Sara and she enjoys spending her free time with family (on a beach when she can 😊).
