Grant
Treated at Apple Therapy Downtown Manchester
Apple Therapy Downtown Manchester is proud to announce Grant as our patient of the month!
Grant first came to Apple Therapy following a UCL reconstruction and ulnar nerve decompression (“Tommy John” surgery) performed by Dr. Christopher Ahmad of NY Presbyterian, head team physician for the New York Yankees. Grant completed his post operative physical therapy with Brandt Capone, PT, while his surgical follow up care was overseen locally by Dr. Tomas Fortney at NH Orthopedic Center.
After formal rehabilitation, Grant transitioned into the ARMOR Program, where he continued working with Brandt through advanced, sport specific strength and conditioning, structured throwing progressions, and objective performance development. His commitment and work ethic were outstanding.
Grant is now pitching for La Salle University, and his velocity has climbed well into the 90s. His progress reflects both his dedication and the collaborative care model supporting his recovery and performance.
Congratulations, Grant — and best of luck as you pursue your goal of becoming a professional baseball pitcher!
