Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ ground turkey
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped fresh spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well, divide into 4 equal patty’s.
- Transfer to a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to med-high heat and oil grates.
- Grill 5-6 min per side or until they are no longer pink.
- Serve on hamburger rolls with mayo, cucumber slices, and red onion. (Or over a salad for a healthier option).
