Greek Layer Dip

Football season is in and here is a great appetizer to bring to any game gathering!

Ingredients

  • 10oz container of Sabra original Hummus (or any store-bought brand)
  • 7oz container of Cedar’s Tabbouleh Salad (or any store-bought brand)
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 container Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Olives (optional)

How to construct Layered Hummus Dip with Feta

  1. Dice the cucumber and tomato and set them aside.
  2. Starting with the bottom layer, the creamy hummus layer, empty the whole pre-made hummus container onto a serving platter and spread out the bottom layer with a spatula until smooth and uniform.
  3. Add the cup of Greek Yogurt on top of the Hummus.
  4. Pour Tabouli Salad as the 3rd layer of Greek Dip – sprinkle it around the top in an even fashion.
  5. Add diced cucumber and diced tomato pieces on top of the Tabouli Salad layer.
  6. Spread Feta Cheese crumbles across the whole Dip.
  7. Optional: Finish with Greek Kalamata Olives or one of the alternative ingredients if you like.

Serve with pretzels, veggies, tortilla chips or air fried pita bread!
